3M 5954 is a heavy cutting rubbing compound. Aggressive compound that removes 1000 and finer sand scratches on all types of paint surfaces. Can be used by hand or machine. 3M 35928 is specially designed compounds and polishes to be used on OEM and baked refinish paints to remove sand scratches or to remove swirl marks from previously compounded areas. Designed to remove minor scratches and light oxidation. It is also the suggested follow-up step after using 3M(TM) Marine Super Duty Rubbing Compound (PN09004. Produces a high-gloss wet look finish.
